Runners1st & 2nd 2 outs Base hit CF. CFer throws home, catcher catches ball at home, lead runner retreats back to 3rd. Batter on 2nd, runner starting on 1st is between 2nd & 3rd. Catcher throws ball back to pitcher on rubber, Is one of runners out?

NO. IN order to get an out the runner between 2nd and 3rd would have to be tagged while off the base. IN baseball, it is common for the runners to be off their respective bases while the pitcher is in contact with the rubber. It is called a "getting a lead off". Perfectly legal for the runner to do.
