According to many case studies Managers need to make sure communication about the change is open and free, i.e. the staff member need to be informed very clearly why the change is taking place. Secondly, the staff member needs to see benefit in the change, i.e. cost savings, efficiency, etc. The Manager can also generate additional support by offering prizes for participation, i.e. coffee cups with the logo of the new technology, T shirts for the campaign, etc.
