literally it means "i for friendship" in russian. i'm not sure exactly what it's supposed to mean though =/

In russian language there is a toast - за дружбу! and it means the same - for friendship!

«Ð¯ за дружбу» means that someone considers friendship as a priority. He says that whatever would be he chooses friendship among other options. It doesn't mean there are some options indeed around, but rather that if even they were, he would prefer friendship to fighting, arguing, etc.
