Why do some people, after they've used the toilet in a public washroom, leave it unflushed? Isn't that disgusting?

It's more then disgusting. It's unsanitary and just plain out rude. That's just what these people are rude.

Yes, it is disgusting. I don't want to smell somebody else's turd or see bits of it. Sometimes it can't be helped, if the toilet won't flush but usually they just don't seem to be bothered about flushing.
