Realistically, no. Technically if you had the inclination and know how you could modify Windows 98 to read NTFS but that's beyond the scope of most peoples abilities. To dual boot, your best bet is to get a second hard drive of less than 160GB in size format it in FAT32 and use it to boot Windows 98. I highly recomend Western Digital's Single 160GB Platter WD1600AAJS Hard Drive.
