I would like to open a bistro... However, I do not have the funds. What is the best way to get started and is there anywhere you can go to get support?

you could open a franchise for a well-known bistro resturant, they usually offer a lot of incentives and banks are more likely to invest or give you initial funds if you are associating yourself with a big name in the market (i.e. McDonalds, Cheesecake factory, etc.)
