Help answer this question below.

If you were looking at a house to buy, what questions would you ask the seller's real estate agent about it?

    How much the taxes were, when the last time the roof, furnace, or other big items have been replaced. And, most importantly, never, EVER, forget to ask when trash day is.

    We found out too late that next door breeds German Shepherds in her back yard, sometimes there are 10 dogs at a time in a smallish space; smell. noise!

    When I move again I will really take an interest in what the neighbours are like and what I can glean from looking at their home/garden.

    I am a dog lover and I believe in live and let live but I won't walk into a situation like this again so easily!!!

    "To the best of your knowledge, do you know if there has been a horrible event of some sort commited in the house?" Eg. murder.

    In Australia there was a legal battle after a prospective buyer wasn't informed about such an event, found out, and wanted to cancel their purchase and have their deposit returned.
