I think of the time my crackhead coworker used "my car is stuck in St. George" as her 17th excuse for not coming in that week. LOL!

Summer heat and old people - it's Utah's answer to Sun City. Southern Utah is actually quite a nice place to live if you enjoy the outdoors. Good schools, close to national parks and outdoor recreation, beautiful scenery, and surprisingly many cultural opportunities if you like theater, music, etc.

I remember a very happy vacation with many friends, all playing in the pool at a motel together, back in 1973, June I think it was. I was just a newlywed and it was the first trip other than our honeymoon. There were young kids and grandmas and adults. We had a grand time all traveling up to see a wedding in Bountiful. I have been through there since and it sure has grown!!! Still a beautiful setting and near the prettiest Nataional Parks:-)

I thought is was a great town, and quite interesting. It is very close to the Nevada border, and seems a very open minded, hip city.I stayed in it overnight once. Also one of my best friends lived there a while.Probably a great place to live, considering it is in the state of the Mormon Church.
