  • are you referring to those dreams you have right before you are about to fall alseep when suddenly you fall and jolt awake with like a full-on body spasm? those occur when your muscles begin to relax in preparation for sleep. your brain recognizes this feeling as falling, and it quickly tries to get your body to do something about it. but if you're talking about regular old dreams about falling or heights, it could mean a number of things - probably something along the lines of you feel like you have too much to do and you are falling behind (pardon the pun).
  • Nothing....absolutely nothing...when you dream the rest of your brain pretty much takes a break...at this time it is, I believe your cerrebelum, which is in charge....it makes up its own fantasy which sometimes can be just as real as reality...anyways, dreams are almost completely random they have nothing to do with your 'real' reality... this is also the reason that dreams cannot be remembered so well...dreams run on working memory because the hippocanthus shuts down...your hippocanthus controls your long term memory..
