I have a 1994 Toyota Corolla and I just changed the front brakes, engine oil, and alternator and now my check engine light is on. What could be the problem?

If a Check-Engine light does not reset after a couple days, disconet the batery overnight and reconect in the morning. The system may reset. Maybe it was coincidence and has nothing to do with what you did.

The engine light may go off after a couple days. It may have to reset itself since you took the battery connection off. If it is still on in a couple days, then you can check the computer codes if you know the jumper wire location on the computer. You can find it in a Chiltons book at the library, they allow you to copy pages, but not check out the book, so take some change for the copy machine.
