Help answer this question below.

My blazer blows the ecm fuse when both my a/c and my blinker is on or if my headlights and blinker are on. Auto electric shop couldn't find or repair the problem. What is the problem?

    If the fuse does not blow when only blinker is on (ac and headlights off). There has to be a short from the 12 volt power feed for the blinkers to the ground circuit or ground feed to the ac and/or headlights. Inspect the wiring harness under the hood for melted or deteriorated insulation on any of the wiring, pay special attention to wiring near the battery since battery acid can rapidly deteriorate insualtion on wiring causing wires to short together. Closely inspect wiring at the fuse panels. It is also possible the ECM has a fault, however you would probably have a check engine light on especially if the Blazer is a 1996 or newer. Try a wiggle test at the ECM with vehicle running with accessories off, by moving the wiring slightly that go into the ECM; if the circuit board shorts the fuse when performing this test the ECM is likely bad. Wiring diagrams may also be helpful if after the visual inspection you find no faulty wiring. With the wiring diagram look for common factors between the circuits, that could cause an effect on all three circuits.
