I think schools should endeavor to offer healthy meals and snacks with treats in moderation, just as it should be in life. There should be multiple healthy alternatives to the fast food style hot lunches typically offered. Children need opportunities to make healthy choices and learn to try new healthy foods, but I totally disagree with banning all treats from schools or trying to control what parents pack in lunch boxes.
