I wanna learn how to bend metal with my mind (spoons, forks, etc...). any easy steps to doing this?

Those people who can bend metal with their minds (Criss Angel, etc.) have ESP or the "sixth sense". I'm not sure how you can get it, but you have to be born with the ability to. They make up about 1 % of the majority of the population, and are very rare. Unforunately, the only way you can get it is to be born with it.

Do not try and bend the spoon. That's impossible. Instead, only try to realize the truth: There is no spoon. Then you'll see that it is not the spoon that bends, it is only yourself.

First get a cheap spoon, place it between your thumb & forefinger, press hard & gently rub finger against neck of spoon & it'll bend after a min. Have fun!

Yes, and anyone can do it! Here's what you do, hold the spoon or fork in your hand (doesn't matter which) then, using your mind, make your other hand reach up and bend it. Works, trust me

you can use energy by thinking of a very happy moment in your life or very unhappy moment in your life(life changing memories) then keep focusing on the object(do not start with spoon to hard to do first time start with paper clip something small) then eventually somthing will distract usually and you will look back and it is bent... i have been able to do this once... one of my friends has also done this. have tried video taping this feat but i cant do it while being taped... weird(accomplished this only once all other time tried taping)

ok, technically, u cant really do it with your mind. but here are steps to do it as a magic trick: 1: take two spoons 2: cut them in half so u have one of them with the spoon part, one with the handle 3: put them in your hand with the crack closed up inside your hand so that it looks like a full spoon. 4: pretend that u are using super duper mind strength while loosening your hand slightly, making the "full" spoon bend out of shape a little.this will make it apper to be bending only using the force of your mind. here's another way to do it: 1: take a bent spoon and a half spoon that has only the rounded side 2: conceal the bent half of the full spoon in your hand with the handle sticking out, and slide the half spoon into your hand to make it appear there is one full spoon. 3: again, loosen your hand slightly. 4: take the bent spoon out of your hands, concealing the half spoon in your hand- don't let anyone see the half spoon! 5:pass the bent spoon around while you quietly slip the half spoon into your pocket. hope this helps!!
