  • ive tryed everything. go under system > network settings > windows connect now on the 360. i follow the "connect now settings" wizards steps on my computer but once the junk drive is in the 360, it wont save to the wireless adapter. it may be because no wireless network is detected. i can connect to xbox live with the cable plugged directly from the 360 to the router but not wirelessly with the adapter. its a real pain so if anybody has the same problem or knows the solution plz help me out. thanx
  • you probably have a password on ur router and you have to disable it for ur xbox to connect wirelessly, i just bought a cheap cable and connected, alot easier and cheaper. u might want to find a guide on how to do it, not sure myself :P
  • Same problem...I have gone through 3 brand new network adapters and 2 brand new consoles....Same exact problem. The help line is worthless....someone please answer this questions...could it be a software issue with the hard drive?
  • I'm having a similar problem but i think mines even worse. I had a working network adapter and one day (after about 2 weeks) it stopped responding.. Now when i plug my adapter in and turn on the xbox the controller will never sync with the system even though I used the controller to boot up. I traded the adapter in for another unit and I'm having the same issue. This seems to be a very common issue but if someone can please help it would be much appreciated i dont think my girlfriend wants a 50ft ethernet cord running across the living room.. thanks
