I loved Cannonball run and more recently I loved him in The Longest Yard starring Adam Sandler.

He doesn't have what you would call a "starring role" in there and the movie is quite recent but my favorite is "Boogie Nights"

Oddly enough, Galooly, I put on Deliverance about an hour ago (unaware of this question, mind you). And this is the only Burt Reynolds 70's film I have ever watched...so Deliverance it is! :)
