  • Keep to a specific sleeping schedule, and set your alarm clock so it reads that it is later than it actually is, or set the alarm to go off earlier. Another thing you might think of doing is going to your doctor; you might be anemic; in need of some iron supplements; or it could be something else.
  • Go to the doctor and have a blood panel drawn. There may be some hormonal factor or what not that could be causing this. B6 and B12 are good for energy too. My iron is low when this happens I get sluggish then I take iron pills and am healed. Wouldn't you feel dumb if that was all it took? If it isn't medically linked I would say stop being lazy!!;)
