Help answer this question below.

My g/f and I want to get engaged in 3 months when she turns 18. Her guardians want to move to Nebraska, but she has been a NY citizen all her life. Can she still move out, or leave Nebraska legally so we can live together and get married without issues?

    As soon as she turns 18, all bets are off. She'll legally be an adult, and can do just about whatever she wants... except buy booze.
