Do nothing. It is natural, and will eventually go away. However, you may still have problems. A new tank needs to cycle, that is, establish bacteria colonies that will process ammonia from the fish waste. Until that cycle is in place, your tank will shortly become a stew of ammonia and nitrites that may injure or kill your fish before it gets better on its own. Cycling is a big topic that is widely discussed on the internet. Here's one site, of many: http://www.howmanyfish.com/aquarium_cycling.htm
