Help answer this question below.

Sex affair

I'm married w 2 kids & had an affair w a chinese secretary. We had sex almost every two days but at last she left me due to religions. I still love my wife but I have strong fetish on chinese girls then, I easily fell & be hooked up, why?

    You don't sound like your serious about being married. If you were you wouldn't have cheated in the first place. Did you think about your wife and kid's when you were cheating? Doubt it. How hurt do you think your wife would be if she knew? Do you care? Honestly you don't sound remorseful and more than likely will do it again. I pray your wife leaves you and finds herself a real man that will respect her enough to never cheat on her. Guy's like you are the reason the divorce rate is so high, disgusting, period!

    Because you're harboring and cultivating false thoughts about what's important, eg, "She's so beautiful, it's such a thrill." These false thoughts and beliefs are leading to your actions.

    Start thinking true thoughts about what's important: "I'm being led around by my gonads. I have to be committed 100% to my wife and children. If my wife found out it'd cause her and my children agony."

    Stop thinking thoughts like "but..." or "I have a strong fetish" or "I easily fall for them". When you catch yourself having those thoughts and attitudes, take immediate steps to stop them.
