  • Them all! They are illegal for a reason, and it is usually because the ability for you to self-harm or suicide is significant. Other than that it is too difficult a question to answer as an overdose of cocaine will have the same effect as an overdose of heroine - death.
  • I would disagree. The one substance that is legally sold to just about anyone at anytime, is alcohol. Check out the stats on drunk driver accidents a year, and for the most part, lives are taken by innocent people who were unfortunately taken due to some drunk moron behind the wheel. One can also die from an overdose of alcohol i.e. High school and college students. Lastly, there are more alcohol related crimes, then there are drugs.
  • Probably Methanfedameines, they're very dangerous and adictive espescialy compared to something like Marajuana, wich is harmless, but illegal anyway.
  • I think meth is.
  • I'd say heroin. That has the highest potential for death due to misuse.
  • In my (much) younger days I took all sorts of drugs, and hung out with folks who did the same. In my experience the most dangerous of all was PCP (Phencycladine Hydrochloride). We called it "Angel Dust" or just "Dust". It seems to have gone out of style, but I remember plenty of times when somebody who was "dusted out" would become violent and totally disconnected from reality. What made it especially dangerous is that they'd be just fine up to a certain threshold of consumption, and then they'd suddenly turn into raving maniacs: walking into walls, hitting anything that came near, etc. To make it worse, the PCP would deaden any sense of feeling, so they would fight like demons and feel nothing if you hit them. The cops hated having to deal with "dusters", because it would take 4 or 5 cops to place some 160 pound kid under control. Unfortunately for me, somehow I developed a reputation in the neighborhood of being able to calm down these poor wasted losers, so my friends would bring them to my apartment at all hours of the morning for "treatment". Looking back, its clear I was taking stupid risks by accepting this role -- presumably I was flattered.
  • I'd say for sure, crack cocaine, it for sure makes you the worst kind of person in the world even when your not on it....
  • Any drug is dangerous in the wrong hands, used for the wrong use, in the wrong amount.
  • Judging by those pictures you see everywhere I would say meth. Heroin is off the chart in this comparison though - 20 drugs addiction vs. physical harm: http://tinyurl.com/36p46e
  • Meth is the most dangerous long term drug because it ruins the body. Heroin is potentially the most dangerous short term drug because it's easy to overdose and die. PCP also seems very dangerous because people can loose control and kill themselves or others. Misuse of prescription medication causes many deaths. Alcohol is the most dangerous to society because it is legal and misused by many times more people than all illegal drugs abusers combined, minus marijuana.
  • Meth: America's Most Dangerous Drug It creates a potent, long-lasting high—until the user crashes and, too often, literally burns. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/8770112/site/newsweek/print/1/displaymode/1098/
  • Scopolamine: Scopolamine is a colorless, tasteless, odorless drug. It is also known as hyoscine and is classified as a tropane alkaloid. The drug can be obtained from plants in the Solanacea (nightshade) family. Most scopolamine comes from jimsome weed, or as in Columbia, borrachero trees. The plants it can be derived from are many, and abundantly available. This makes its use widespread, and exceedingly dangerous. It is, surprisingly, one of the most feared substances in what is arguably the drug capital of the world, Columbia. you know if it scares the peole who make cocaine it is bad stuff. In Columbia alone, there are over 50,000 reported cases of Scopolamine drugging, although rarely does this receive media attention, in Columbia or elsewhere. The drug is used almost primarily by criminals as a way of making victims so docile that they have been known to help thieves rob their own homes and empty their own bank accounts. Additionally, women have been drugged repeatedly and held as sex slaves, or have been convinced to willingly give up their own children. The most horrifying side effect of the drug is not is ability to make zombies of its victims, but the complete amnesia it causes. Though it is not as widespread as meth or cocaine it is the most dangerous! and the question was what was the most dangerous not the most widely used. but of course none of the illegal drugs are as bad as the legal ones like caffiene alcohol, lortabs, valium, and all those other wierd ones they have commercials for that solve a little problem and cause bleeding from your pores, nausea, death, etc. BUT they are legal
  • I would say PCP or Fantasy also known as GBH. I know first hand that GBH is very dangerous, very fine line between the good and the bad. Ketamine is also scary when u enter the "K Hole".
  • I believe heroin is. Meth right now because it is such a rural problem, with so many users so it is more dangerous in that way. The thing is with heroin, so many people are afraid to even try it because of how dangerous it is. So for society danger, meth. For personal danger, heroin.
  • i would also say pcp or angel dust because it makes you dehydrated and forget everything that happened the night before. if something bad happened that night you wouldnt have a clue what it was and you can also have bad trips with lasting effects..... not good stuff ... stay away from it!
  • Probably... anthrax. That stuff will mess you up.
  • ...When I was doing my M3 mission, I had some coco leaf -that was badass *reminisces some more*
  • Meth is the most dangerous, the high is strong, comes on very quick, lasts a long time, is the cheapest of the illegals, and is becoming even more wide spread than most would believe. Also the manufacture of the drug can be accomplished by even the dumbest of users, the process itself has led to many, many deaths, due to careless handling of the associated chemicals resulting in explosions and fires. And now a new designer variant of meth has appeared and is considered to be up to 10 times more powerful, its called "ice" and its more pure and concentrated the "regular" meth. The intensity of the drug leads to more violent crimes, it is well known to be the favorite drug of neo-nazis, motorcycle gangs and skinheads.
  • The most dangerous drugs are the ones that you have the easiest access to. *That is the correct answer on the Government test too. Medicine cabinet meds are the most dangerous. Personally, I feel that the right answer is whatever drug you have a predisposition toward. Some people take heroin and get sick and never do it again and for those with a Opiate trigger, they are hooked the second it hits their central nervous system. The same with barbituates and things like cocaine. What's your drug of choice?
