  • Well for me I have always stayed at a company for 7 years plus at a time so I always say "You should hire me because in this day in age it is hard to find someone who isn't just doing it for a paycheck. My track record shows that I stay loyal with the company that hires me through all ups and downs and by doing so it creates a stable enviroment in which myself and the company can thrive upon. Every company needs that employee that everyone can turn too. The reason for that is because he or she has been around. Not only in the industry but in the company and is familiar with all possible senarios. This person is the back bone, the support if you will. This is the person in a company I strive to be no matter where I end up. I understand that to push myself to be that person is demanding but if a person can properly delegate and supervise it is totally manageble by one person." If its a job with little upward movement and is pretty much the same day in and day out I say " because I love routine. Its safe, its reliable, and its exact which I feel are all my best traits when put into a work envirment. Also just so you know I do enjoy the curveball here and there so don't be mislead that its something that I wouldn't be able to handle."
