Will my use of profanity ever get me kicked off of answerbag?

    It depends I think- a lot of the regular users use swearwords in the odd answer and generally no-one bats an eyelid.
    I think the main thing that would get you kicked off would be if you were using it to troll (i.e answer everything with "F*CK YOU") or if you were going round insulting everybody.
    Having said that - you'd probably be better off asking the moderators, I'm just guessing.

    No,not unless you make slurs or something that will offend anyone(it helps to appologize in your questions,answers,comment).I don't see how anything could get you thrown out since many of the people here are either in their late teens or adults.I don't think there are any people here that don't already use salty language,and anyone who does come here already is intelligent enough to know that were only offended by those words because we choose to be offended by them.In summary,you'll be fine.

    "in excess" you run the risk of getting the boot..if you are doing it "deliberately" to make enemies and piss people off just for the fun of it..AB is a site to ask..and to answer..spread knowledge whenever you can..and in the process, chat it up in comments to make some friends..but its not your personal playground..i, myself have tried to curb saying any type of swear words. i use food references : "what the fudge?" or "holy bagels!" or "son of a beef!"
