It depends on what size tire you have. 13 psi is average.

I would say it depends on the terrain and conditions your riding on. If it is sandy and no rocks maybe 12 psi. If you are riding in the rocky mountians and far from camp with limited ability to carry spares or repair flats I would reccomend you run 18 psi. I race enduros and typically run about 14-15 psi and I don't ever have problems with pinch flats.

I have an xt350. The Clymer manual calls for 20-26 psi for the back tire and 18-22psi for the front tire. Every bike/tire combination will require different pressures. Bottom line is, buy a manual for $25 so you don't have to ask random people important questions.

on my 150cc dirt bike it says the pressures for the tires on the skirting of the tire x my friend generally (110cc) puts both tires to 15-16 xox
