nope. even a very mature 13 year old should not have any thing in common with a 20 year old. people say age shouldn't matter or whatever, but an adult having a relationship with such a young person is illegal for a reason. a 13 year old may not understand this, that's why it's wrong.

No, it is not ok at all. A thirteen year old is way too vulnerable in such a situation, and a 20 year old should know better!

No the problem with this relationship is that the 13 year old brain is not fully developed and would be immature with relationships, it would be more accepted if an 18 year old went out with a 25 year old. There's still the same difference in age but it's more accepted due to maturity. The average difference in age between married couples is 6.5 years so it's not abnormal, just a little too early.

Legally its ok, and you can make out as long as you don't perform a sexual act. However, its an odd relationship seeing your both at different points in your life completely. Typically a 20 year old shouldn't be attracted to a 13 year old, and this is something a therapist may understand more. But as I said before, legally you are in the right.
