if its used to buy american products' it will realy help us' but if spent on china an foregn products no' they just want the sales to show a increase, it does'nt matter where the money goes to them. by getting an increase in sales it will show a false growth in economics which in turn will make the people think we're not in a ressession' in other words the're trying to bullshit us.
