I'd say that in my greatest weakness is also my greatest strength, thus, my tendency to be slightly impatient with those who refuse to take responsibilty for themselves is the flip side of my determined and independent personality. I get things done without too much fuss, so find it hard to understand sometimes when people dither around, getting nowhere fast.
