Help answer this question below.

I want all the fruniture removed from home I own with my Son. His ex-grilfriend has stored her clothe,furniture there for years. Paying no rent, no lease etc. What can I do? This is Calif. We want to put house up for sale.

If the ex girlfriend has not lived at this address or received mail at this address, this should not be a problem.

I would give her written notice of the events about to occur and give her an opportunity to remove her property stored there. if no response, after 30 days, i would have a huge yard sale.

Just to be safe, check with your local authorities before making a move.
