I have and I will again visit a nude beach and a nudist resort. It is something everyone should try at least once. The "free" feeling you get cannot be matched. My suggestions for beginners is to attend a nudist resort first. People there are used to nude bodies and will not judge you by your looks. You can carry on a conversation with someone and forget all about the nudity. At a nude beach, there are sometimes beginners or curious people that are only there to see naked bodies.

yes I have and do,it is very relaxing and usually the opposite of erotic,I try to go 8 or 10 times during the summer.
