Do you find it ironic that so many immigrants come to America to study medicine, but don't return to their home countries which need doctors the most?

Not really, they have many more opportunities to make a good life and a living here then if they were to return. That's why 1000s continue to pour in every year.

I've asked this question myself. So far only excuses as to why they stay that amount to greed before need.

They are not good people, at least not good doctors , for they don't come to the place where need them , they don't have the doctor's heart.
