I'll eat pretty much whatever you want to put on them. I'm not very picky. Although spicier is better in my opinion.

- Hey, 10sEn, I have a question a touch off topic, hope you don't mind but it is one that a resident of Tennessee may be more able to answer.

  There is this blue grass sounding song that one of my favorite baseball players -- also from Tennessee -- uses as his stepping up to the plate song. If an upbeat song, lots of strings, with two, maybe three, men singing together. The first couple lines sound like "Going down a backroad, a Tennessee backroad..." Thought somewhere in the first verse it also says something about searching for a lover. Does this ring a bell, possibly, please, Sir?

- Simply99, unfortunately, I'm not all that familiar with bluegrass. However, there seems to be one song that comes up during a search of some of these words. There's a song called "Tennessee Backroads" by Lou Reid and Carolina. If I knew the player, the search may be a little easier. Sorry I couldn't be of much more help.

- Oh, that's OK, glad you replied. That wasn't the song, but thank you for trying. BTW, I can't help wonder if it's a form of racism that I assumed you know all songs about Tennessee simply because you're a resident of the state. I've been there many times, and it seems every single place is a fireworks/souvenier stand.

- No problem. He's from Lebanon, you around there? Oh, and yes, the players are nice and I speak with them often. There was a guy last year named Dave Dentienne who had the coolest entrance song ever. I asked him, and he directed me to here. His entrance song started a few seconds in when the drums start. Look at this and tell me that this isn't one great song.

- layered, start with corn tortilla chip, add beans, then cheese, then either beef or chicken fajita meat, guacamole, and a nice juicy jalapeno on top. Sour cream on the side, you add as much or less as you like! yummy!

I like nachos very much. I'm pretty minimal when it comes to nachos. I like cheese, salsa, black bean refries, avocado or guacamole and that's about it.

We used to have a kinda rinky-dink place in town called "Pizza Planet". They served a "variant" on the nacho theme called "pizzachos". Umm, umm, umm, they were fantastic! Ever since then, that's how I eat my nachos ... with a bottom layer of chips, then a layer of mozzarella, then a layer of sausage, then another layer of chips, more cheese, then either more sausage (I add a layer of fajita beef), a layer of 3-cheese, another layer of chips, mozzarella, either meat, and top it off with lots and lots of jalapenos! It was pyramid shaped, and it was divine!
