I have a 1994 acura integra 5spd and lately when i get out of the car it smells like burning rubber as if im burning out the clutch even if i take it easy on the car.. also when i sit in neutral or ride at low rpms the car makes a loud rattling sound and

Your clutch is probably so far gone there's no preventing it from slipping even if you go easy on it.
