  • Personally, I tend to be against cosmetic surgery for children unless it was a massive birth defect or reconstructive. Every surgery has risks and complications including ear pinning. At the very least, wait until the child is older--she's only 4!
  • That condition isn't as bad for girls, I think boys get teased more about this.
  • Depends how bad they are. If they are really sticking out a lot, by all means get some medical advice about it. The other alternative to surgery is to let her grow her hair long enough to cover the ears.
  • NO! Don't do that. Accept her for who she is please.
