Do you believe the after life, or do believe you just rot in a hole?... and whats your reasoning?

We probably just rot in the hole. I hate to believe that, but that's probably what takes place. I think we have created an afterlife to make us feel better and to reject the reality of death. I hope I am wrong. Maybe there is an afterlife, but.....it is probably wishful thinking....

I believe there is after life... because there has to be something WAY more rewarding than what we live. I think it's the fight we have to take in order to get the reward. I have to think this... :-)

i definitly believe that there is something after we die. i dont know about heaven and hell but i know that i believe when we die it isnt the end.

I believe in an after life where we get to see all those who have died before us.

I believe the Karma theory has some merits. In this theory life is a never ending cycle. Therefore there is no real death as such. Death is also just a delution - caused by 'Maya'.

I read so much about it that I don't know what to believe. Believing is not knowing. If our souls are reborn than it might be that we do not know in our next life what our former was. I believe in circles of life and in karma and that our life force or energy will be never lost, it will be recycled in some form. Heaven and Hell are out of the question.....

I believe that there is life after death, i can't prove it or explain it, i just believe.
