Try a diferent lubricant, my suggestion is K-Y Jelly and don't use anything else. She could be slightly allergic to the type of lube you are using, or condoms (if you are using any), or the materials that the toys are made of. Sometimes I get extremely irritated from these things and can't even continue it hurts so bad. So, if this is the case with her, you might just have to experiment with different types of lube, toys and condoms. Personally KY hurts me, but Astroglide does not. And Trojan condoms are bad, but Durex are fine. Also, some of my toys that seems to irritate me, I will put a condom on it that I know doesn't hurt and away we go! Hope this helps!

As mentioned elswhere, lube is a real key here. CVS has a house brand that is excellent and much less expensive than the sex-shop brands. It is vital not only to have good lube but to apply it liberally enough so there are no dry spots to chafe and sting. Use a finger to spread the lube up into her anus, not just at the opening. A set of graduated butt plugs might help too. My G/F loves doing me with a strap-on and I initially had some similar problems but with the right lube and a little practice we have all but eliminated the uncomfortable part.
