Why does it seem that no Dr's office ever opens when it says it will? Mine should have been open 20 minutes ago.

Seems like the people who get there first didn't. The Dr. usually is not the one first in the office. The staff that schedule and get the patient ready to see the Dr. apparently were late. Maybe it was the person who answers the phone. I haven't had this problem. But if they start taking calls (non answering service) at 9:00, you won't get through until 9:00.

I would be worried. If no one is at the office, it sounds like a problem to me. Sometimes the doctor will get delayed on his rounds, or an emergency patient will cause a delay, but for the office staff to be late also is strange. Maybe they are having an in-service training, or the clerk forgot to turn off the answering machine.
