  • Generally, no. You will write two separate letters, and CC (send a copy of each to) both people. For example, person A gets an original of A's letter, and gets a copy of B's letter. B gets his original letter, and a copy of A's. A's letter is to the attention of A, and B's to the attention of B. Otherwise, the office mail people will be entirely confused about to whom to give your letter. (Which "attention" has more significance? Do they have to open it together? etc...) So don't try to ATTN more than one person.
