Without. I like burritos made my way. I fill them with ground beef w/ taco seasonings, taco sauce, cheese, sour cream, lettuce and tomato. It's basically a large rolled up soft taco. Sometimes I put the lettuce and tomato on top of it with a large dollop of sour cream and sprinkle shredded cheddar and colby cheese over it.

I really like adding rice in there. I'll set up a burrito buffet with all the trimmings and let people assemble them the way they want. I'll have refries, rice, and 2-3 types of meat.
