I was in the military for several years and smoked just about every weekend and never failed a single drug screen. This is how I done it- For drug screens I suggest 2 products. One is called surejel and can be found in any grocery store by the geletin. What this does is masks the THC cells(which are similar to fat cells) by coating them with geletin the down side to this is after mixing it up with water it tastes absolutely horrible and only works for around 5 hours. Another method (and I suggest using both) is actually cleansing this can be done by drinking lots of water and using water purification pills.The water purification tablets can be found at any wal-mart in the camping section a good product is called potable aqua The water purification pills are simply Iodine tablets used to purify questionable water in a survival situation. The downside to this is that the iodine tablets have been known to cause damage to kidneys if used for a prolonged time. So only use them at most every 2-3 weeks. I cannot understand why they drug test you and are going to drug test you again in 6 months. Unless do you look like a classic case of drug useage? If you do then you might be able to file a lawsuit. Normally there is a reason people get targeted for drug tests. A lot of times its simply there appearence, they look like what would be the sterotypical drug user. Again you don't look like a drug user? do you? Well if people have told you that you have, specially parents, then its most likely your being misjudged. I mean by me repeating that question a couple times, if it set a wave of rage within you, it might be true. Kinda like the woman that dresses like, what would be discribed, not like a soccer mom, rather the polar of. But any really great job that makes a lot of money that I've had in my lifetime, never required a drug test. Also, I can point out a druggie very easily, one that atleast does it on a daily bases, Pipe discoloration on the mouth, fingers with inner stains, hair showing miscolored shine, Finger nails with protein breaks, the lsit goes on and on.

you could file a complaint with the union (if you are in one), and if you are being accused and harassed based on appearance or something else beyond your control that ends up in unfair treatment by your employer, you could file discrimination or unfair harassment. some employer's have a phone line set up for employee's with personal concerns and questions (usually for financial and mental health issues i think) and is supposedly completely confidential. if nothing else, follow those routes first so if you do quit, you have a paper trail showing just cause versus just using it as an excuse.
