Help answer this question below.
Pre-ejaculatory fluids usually contain no sperm. Furthermore, it is very unlikely for you to become pregnant even if he ejaculates on the outer opening of your vagina. Considering all of the folds of skin and tissue at the opening of the vagina, not to mention the lengthy and hard journey for sperm to begin with, it's unlikely. When he penetrates, the ejaculation can differ (because of different sized men) in closeness to the where your egg attaches (I forgot the name of the area). But, it is closer to the egg than without penetration. I doubt you'd get pregnant without penetration. I'm not saying it can't happen if you get the fluids on the outer opening of your vagina, just that it's very unlikely.
I hope this helps. :D

I just took a Human Sexuality class and getting pregnant by pre-cum is a very, VERY low chance! The level of acidic of the vagina is normally quite high! The chances of you being pregnant are slim to none. It still may not hurt to take a home pregnancy test - but DON'T STRESS!
Rubbing the penis against vaginal orifice CAN cause pregnancy but VERY RARELY. The reason is that the pre-cum contains a few spermatozoa and in highly fertile couples these are capable of penetrating into the vagina, the uterus and the tubes and fertilize the egg, if one is waiting there. All this will happen if the sexual activity took place around the day of ovulation (egg release). The odds for all these factors to synchronize are few, but no one can predict. That is why safer sex practices are repeatedly advocated.
