Of course. Having a cold doesn't make pollen go away, nor does pollen do anything to the cold viruses.
Fortunately, colds are most prevalent in the winter, whereas allergies are most prevalent in the summer, so people usually don't get both at once. And, of course, there's really no way to tell the two apart, so a person with a bad cold doesn't know if it's just a bad cold or if its bad because of the combined effects of the cold and allergies.
