  • Yes. However it is only a trace amount and its function is not known.
  • Only what is absorbed from food or the environment. Too much has very detrimental effects, mostly on proteins found in the brain.
  • Too much is linked to Alzheimers I believe.
  • Aluminum may be found in the body naturally I am not sure of this as I don't know. I do know from what I have read products using aluminum such as anti-percipients, aluminum pots and pans, etc. do not cause alzheimers, BUT...If you have alzheimers in your blood related family you have a greater possibility of triggering it by better than 80% in your body.
  • Since the body doesn't have any real need for aluminum, I would imagine that if it is present at all, it would be in such miniscule amounts that it would be very difficult to detect.
  • The human body consists of: Macro Elements * Calcium (Ca) * Phosphorous (Ph) * Magnesium (Mg) * Sodium (Na) * Potassium (K) * Chlorine (Cl) * Sulfur (S) and Micro Elements * Iron (Fe) * Copper (Cu) * Manganese (Mn) * Iodine (I) * Zinc (Zn) * Selenium (Se) * Fluorine (Fl) * Cobolt (Co) * Molybdenum (Mo) * Chromium (Cr) No mention of Aluminium
