  • I don't believe in luck. Nothing just happens.
  • Um yes. If you're walking along the street and you get stung by a wasp- that's bad luck. If you win the lottery that's good luck. What I don't get is how when someone falls off a cliff breaks their leg, and both arms, but survives people say "Ooh that was lucky!". NO! Lucky is falling off a cliff and landing in a nice soft pit of £20 notes! Lucky is not ending up in hospital fed through a drip for ten weeks!
  • Yes let me tell you about my luck...if i was to buy a cemetery ppl would stop dieing! All joking aside yes i ppl that things come ezer to some ppl and others have to work harder and against more odds so call it what you want luck fate
  • If you accept the difinition here: http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=luck No. There are things that happen that are beyond our direct control, but they are still the result of either of the action/reaction principles that keep the universe ticking, or the result of consious or uncounsious thought of some creature. Luck as a force? No, I think it's irrational. Most important things that happen in my life are the result of my own good or bad choices. Some are caused by forces I can't control. I do not believe it is the same force (luck) every time.
  • Yes. some people are born with an aura of good luck, that surrounds their body. these are a select few people. these people are winners at everything, including gambling, love and prosperity. it just happens. Some people never have lady luck on their side. this may even last a lifetime. from my investigation, i believe most lucky people are born in either july or december. these are people i am associated with and are very lucky. Luck is something that effects some people and not others. I hope you are one of the lucky ones.
  • yes because if it is true you would rate my answer useful
  • No luck doesnt exist, luck is just another word to make you think. What you may think is luck is just life the way things happen. Your life falls into place as you make decisions and changes (fate) not from what some people may call an aura of luck which is just a figment of imagination. There couldn't be such a thing. I aint saying that people have a pattern set out for their life and are following it. It is your decision to see the outcome. My conclusion is that luck doesn't exist.
  • Yes I think the more positive you are the "luckier" you seem to get
  • Not really.. except for Lady Luck.
  • I do, because a lot of things that have happened to me were sheer coincidence and good fortune - especially when getting out of bad siuations. Almost every time my car breaks down, for example, someone is in the area that helps me out. When I really need money I find it in the weirdest places - if I needed to speak with someone whose number I've lost, they tend to call me. Sometimes, things just find ways to "work themselves out." I consider that Luck.
  • No I believe in work for what you want.
  • no i do not believe in luck. I believe that what happens is a product of what we do and that things happen for a reason (and not a higher reason, just a physical reason).
  • NO, The devil is the god of luck, check ur bible
  • I believe that if you think you are lucky you will be. I believe in mind over matter (read The Secret)
  • Yes there is luck, check statistical analyzing and chaos theory. Luck is the unknown alignment of the stars. There are people with no luck. There are people with good luck and people with bad luck. I know I'm the bad luck guy and I will tell you it's a fact!!!!
  • NO,luck is only in your head .When something good happens, you think you'r lucky. When something bad happens you feel unlucky.I know,I live in Las Vegas = Los Wages.HAHAHA,Ha !

  • Tho' I don't seem to have very much of it, ("good" luck, that is), I do still believe in it.
  • No, that's just superstition.
  • If it weren't for bad luck. I'd have no luck at all. Gloom, despair, and agony on me ...Various Hee Haw cast members
  • No......but I believe in Horseshoes.
  • I wouldn't see it if it hit me square in the face.......thank goodness.
  • Yes and no. If looked at one way you could say "I'm lucky" because good things happen to you. I don't believe in fate. What I consider "luck" is putting yourself in a position where it is favorable for positive things to find you.
  • Not really.
  • no i do not believe in luck. things just happen whether they are good or bad.
  • Not good luck no bad yes cause i suffer it day in day out
  • Aye.. indeed. I believe the odds do sometimes favor.
  • Yes. The harder I work, the luckier I get.
  • No I don't believe in luck. I believe that what we get is out of our effort & that what we do with our own two hands is what will happen. I have never expected anything out of luck, I have always fought my own battles, fought for what I wanted & fought to keep what is mine. I don't believe I will ever change my mind. Regards.
  • Sure, I believe that I have the luck o' the Irish... that means I have none!!!

  • i tried to catch it, but for some reasons it wouldn't let me go anywhere near it! tell me why?
  • I know it's most unlucky to be superstitious :]
  • No. Luck is a combination of existing circumstances and ones own choices. Whenever both interact in a favorable way some see it as having had "good luck". Whenever they interact in an unfavorable way some say they have "bad luck". So why do some people have "better luck" than others? Because they make decisions that place them in a position where they benefit more from the random events. We, in large part, make our own "luck" but sometimes, no matter what we do, the "bad luck" will find us. It's random.
  • No, not really. Whatever happens, happens but that is what was supposed to happen for you.
  • I believe in random chance, probability and life navigation.
  • No I believe in coincidence, and the fact that it's often about 'being in the right place at the right time'. With that in mind, you can improve your "luck" by increasing the likelihood that you'll be at that particular "place". For example, sometimes you're just lucky to meet the most wonderful person on this planet who makes you more happy than anyone else, but the truth is that it was just a coincidence that you met, and that you did something to meet him/her. If you'd just stayed at home all the time, you would never have met, and thus you would've had "bad luck"
  • Don't believe in luck but I do believe in Karma.
  • yes, but i don’t exactly know what percentage it impacts on life.
  • I start doing lately, earlier i had a strong believe of creating your own luck but i was wrong, what needs to happens it happen no matter how hard you try.either its career or relationship

  • I play scrabble. Enough said.
  • in life yes, but wen it comes to playing games/sports, its all skill ;)
  • not suer. but i do believe in faith, in skill, and in karma!
  • I struggle with this question. Looking back over the events of my life, it would seem I have good luck. Two people have told me independently that I have an angel watching over me. I don't believe in angels, but it does seem like I'm being protected. I guess, it seems undeniable to me that I am lucky, yet "luck" doesn't fit into my ideology or belief system, so that's why I struggle with it.
  • No, I do not believe in luck. I believe in blessings from the Lord.
  • Yes I do believe in luck
  • No since i don't really get any.
  • No. Luck--an unknown and unpredictable phenomenon that causes an event to result one way rather than another I don't think what causes an event to result one way or another is luck.
  • No. Jig is still bearing false witness.
  • pocket Ace's.
  • No... but I believe in objects which can make you feel positive, and that way you kinda create your own luck. Like when I feel like I need luck I wear my Nanna's ring. I know it won't make good luck come to me, but it makes me feel more positive and so maybe I will create my own luck, so to speak.
  • No, it's just superstition.
