I am a 22 year old man. I have got skin irritation on my face after shaving. My irritation is so bad, that I can't shave daily. I’ve to shave in every 3-4 days gap. I’ve used different shaving creams. But they didn’t make any effect

I've found that not using a blade helps. Instead, I liberally splash my face with 80 proof rum and then set it on fire. This provides a far closer finish than any blade system.

I had the similar problem myself. Do not use an electric shaver, pick up a new razor and a shaving cream that is made for sensitve skin. I always shave right after I get out of the shower, the warm/hot water opens up the pours in the skin making shaving easier, use a good shaving cream and apply a nice layer over the area you want to shave. I found that shaving with the direction of hair growth prevents the irritation. When you shave againts the growth the hair ends up below the skin surface causing what are called in grown hairs, this is what you want to prevent. Shave downward, the way your whiskers grow, from your sideburns toward your mandible using long, even strokes. Apply light but firm pressure, pulling your skin taut before each stroke. after shaving I apply some face cream it keeps the skin looking healthy. Hope this helps.
P.S. Remember shave with the hair growth not againts it.

How long you’re facing this problem? Skin irritation may happen due to different reasons. Before shaving you need to clean your shaving razor and brush properly with some good antiseptic lotion. Most of the time we do not clean them properly. For that particular reason sometimes sensitive skins like yours might get irritated. Always shave with new blades and after shaving don’t forget to use alum all over your face and neck where you’ve used blade. It has a very good antiseptic effect that can help to prevent any allergic reaction. It’s always better to use any good after shave lotion. Instead you can also use any good face cream having an after shave effect. I do use Fair and Handsome cream. I’ve found this cream better for my skin. For Further details you may log on to http://www.naturalplaza.com/
