  • I'd have to say as long as what he's taking is a lot less than the profit you are making from him, you let it be. In business you can't let your pride get in your way of doing what is right from a business case, and being that you are a small business, what you make is what pays your bills at home too.
  • First, I'd done learneth the difference between "your" and "you're". Next, wtf...one of your "biggest customers" is ripping you on small items? That's just basic math...will it cost you more to shitcan them or let them "sneak" their discount you know they are getting. This is a *very* easy question if you know what they are getting compared to what you are getting. If you gotta ask AB how to run your business then you're prolly gonna be busto soon anyway. Enjoy it as long as you can on the way down.
  • Just add the cost into their other total cost. And if they ask what's the deal. Then I would tell them it was the cost of the items they had been so called stealing. Lets say they were to pocket a pack of candy each time. I would tell them that was the cost of those M&M's etc:. If they acted like they did not know what I was talking about. Then I would just have to tell them what pocket they were in. If you let them get by with a small item, soon those small items may become larger........Sometimes your so called biggest customers are really your smallest.......
