Highlight then straighten? How long before I straighten my hair can I highlight it?

... I have my hair higlighted then washed then dried and finally straightened straight away and I have healthy hair! I would suggest you wash the products out then condition then dry then straighten. You shouldnt run into any problems normally.

Chemically straighten or blow-out straighten? I wouldn't recommend chemically straightening highlighted hair, ever.
