i would think that would be pretty much like exposing yourself to them or molesting yourself in front of them. having sexual relation with another while they were permitted to watch.

It can be just about anything. Talkng about sex, feeling or touching can all be sexual misconduct with a minor. Its all based around intent. Teaching sex education in school, for example, is not sexual misconduct. there is no sexual intent involved.
