really not sure - but usually those with black rings (especially larger) i classify as suspicion of 'satanist or equatable interests'. usually a small conversation will explain a bit :) some ppl just like black... its an interesting world

It's pretty common for an asexual to wear a little hematite as a sign to other asexuals without having to go around announcing it. However, a lot of people just like black rings, or associate it with something else, so that's just one possible meaning!

I don't know of any rule that tells us what fingers to wear rings on, or what color they should be. There is a widely accepted view that married people wear their wedding ring on the fourth finger of the left hand, and it's usually a gold ring. Other than that, I am not aware of any "meaning". If I knew someone who wore a ring, and I wanted to find out the "meaning" of it, I would ask him.

He's stylish? Seriously, my 1st wedding band was jade all around. If its plain and on the appropriate finger, I'd ask. The dude may even be flattered by the interest & the question itself.
