Through specialized investment consultants, who have full knowladge of the market and are actually based in the region where you intend or you are interested to buy. The best area to buy land in Bulgaria at present, is the wider region of Varna and more specifically, within 20 kilometers from the town. I know of people ( I can supply full names and contact numbers) who bought land in May 2004 for 10 euro per sq.meter and sold the same at 25 euro per sq.meter in August 2004. The land that has more potentials is mainly agricultural land next or very near to the sea or with very good sea view. I know the name of the company that sold the lands mentioned above and I can suppy you the name and contact numbers if you wish!

Hi Cristopher! There are a lot of sites where you can search for land for sale in Bulgaria (for example http://get.info.bg/properties ) After you choose some, you can contact the brokers and they will orgineze trip to BG and inspection of selected properties! regards
