    Strangely enough, some computers have built in cleansing sleeves. So when you enter your DVD that would explain why it works when you try again in your DVD player.

    Continued.....what can i do? I even clean the dvd several times with dvd cleaner and still nothing- unless i put it into the dvd drive of my computer...
