Can somebody under 18 cash a check that was sent to her? She has her own account (Co-signed by her parents) Does she have to have her parents with her?

Yes, if it's made out to them and they have an account there shouldn't be any issues.

I will say yes she can cash it...as long as she has an account the bank should cash it without any problems. But someone would probably have to drive her to the bank. :)

Some banks will allow an unaccompanied minor to cash a check, but most won't. You might be able to deposit it, and then take the cash out of the ATM, though.
